DeepEscrow is a secure online escrow service for Bitcoin transactions under 1000 USD. We act as a trusted third party to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring that both parties fulfill their obligations before funds are released.
How Our Escrow Process Works
- Initiate the Escrow: The initiator submits all required information through our contact form, including:
- Personal details (name and email)
- Detailed description of the service or product being exchanged
- Specific requirements for what constitutes a successful transaction
- The other party's name and email address
- Notification: Our system automatically forwards this information to:
- Our support team for review
- The other party involved in the transaction
- Review & Agreement: Both parties must explicitly confirm and agree to:
- The transaction details
- The requirements for successful completion
- The escrow fee structure
- Invoice Issuance: Once agreement is reached, we:
- Generate a detailed invoice
- Include payment instructions for Bitcoin, Monerium, or Ethereum
- Send the invoice to the buyer
- Secure Payment: The buyer sends payment to our secure escrow wallet:
- We confirm receipt of funds
- We notify the seller that payment has been secured
- Funds remain locked in escrow until all conditions are met
- Asset Transfer: After payment confirmation:
- The seller transfers the asset to DeepEscrow
- For domains: transfer to our holding account
- For digital products: delivery to our secure storage
- For services: evidence of completion is submitted
- Verification & Release: Our team:
- Verifies the asset meets all agreed-upon requirements
- Transfers the asset to the buyer
- Releases the funds (minus our fee) to the seller
- Provides confirmation to both parties
This secure process ensures that both parties are protected throughout the transaction. The buyer's payment is only released when the agreed-upon conditions are met, and the seller knows the funds are secured before transferring the asset.
Fee Structure
Our fee structure is simple and transparent:
- 3% fee of the total transaction value
- Additional $3 flat fee for transactions under $300
- Maximum transaction value: $1000 USD
All fees are deducted from the final payment to the seller. We accept payments in Bitcoin, Monerium, or Ethereum.
